Two endurance addicts and a sprinter called Otto
Hello, we are Joy and Gianluca, two life enthusiasts, who have decided to live for an indefinite period of time 'on the road' in our van, to explore new places, enjoy nature in all its beauty, meet new people and get to know different cultures. When we're not on our road bikes you can find us trail running along the wildest single-tracks or getting repeatedly hit in the face by waves.
Through il giorno giusto (Italian for “the right day”) we want to tell you about our experiences on the road in a direct and light-hearted way, sharing our discoveries, our encounters and telling you about what makes us excited and feel good day after day. Through this travel diary we hope at the same time to convey positivity and inspire other people to live by pursuing those little things, which make you truly happy and which in their own way make you feel a sense of freedom.

Passionate communicator and sports addict, loves to trail run and cycling. Enthusiastic about discovering new places, meeting new people and getting to know different cultures. Aims to spread positivity and promote the pursuit of a happy life.

Joy
Loves to create, tell stories and spend time in nature. You'll probably find her building functional objects from wood, creating illustrations, or trail running in the mountains.
Would never say no to a post-race pizza and beer.
Would love to sketch every day.
Fun fact: old school hiphop gets her going in the morning.
